ONE ON ONE COACHING
Coaching is a resource that promotes the professional development of those engaged in the process. Areas of focus can include, but aren’t limited to, leadership development, confidence, communication, and emotional intelligence. Through your relationship with Danielle and through personal exploration, you will move towards action to achieve your goals. Danielle will meet with you by phone, video chat, or at her office.
TEAM BUILDING AND FACILITATION
Team building supports team members to build relationships, communicate, have healthy conflict and to work towards a shared goal. Teams can engage in one and two day team building retreats when the team is new and developing, when there is a lack of trust between team members, when employees are disengaged, or when the team is moving in a new direction. Danielle will meet with the team prior to the off-site to develp the agenda for the team building retreat. Each retreat is personalized keeping in mind the goals that the team is working towards.
SOCIAL & EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE COACHING
Social + emotional intelligence is a form of intelligence that drives our success in work and in life and in our relationships with others. Social and emotional intelligence is about being aware of ourselves and others, in the moment, and using that awareness to manage ourselves (our behavior, our responses to stressful or challenging situations), and manage our relationships with others. The most successful people in work and in life have the ability to manage themselves and manage their relationships with others.
Danielle is certified in social and emotional intelligence coaching through the Institute for Social + Emotional Intelligence®. Through the Social + Emotional Intelligence Profile or 360, she is able to help her clients identify areas of growth. Some of these areas include, but aren’t limited to, self awareness, behavioral management, stress management, empathy, powerful influence and communication skills.
MENTAL FITNESS COACHING
Mental fitness is your capacity to respond to life's challenges with a positive rather than a negative mindset. This allows for peak performance, peace of mind/wellness and healthy relationships whether they are at work or at home. Danielle will help you to develop the 3 core muscles that are key in developing mental fitness. These are the Saboteur Interceptor Muscle, the Sage Muscle, and the Self-Command Muscle.
